Shipping policy

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. However, this may not always be possible, for example, if products are out of stock. In such cases, delivery may take a bit longer. An estimated delivery time is provided on the product page. If the delivery time changes for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed on our website do not include shipping costs.

Our deliveries are handled by various parcel services. In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, deliveries generally take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. For other countries, delivery times are longer.
