Legal Reflection Period and Return Policy

All purchases made in our webshop are subject to a legal reflection period of 30 days. During this period after receiving the product, the customer has the right to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.

Note: Some products are excluded from returns, such as handmade products, personalized items (e.g., with name printing), and products where the seal has been broken for hygienic reasons.

Delivery Time

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. However, this may not always be possible, for example, if products are out of stock. In such cases, delivery may take slightly longer. An estimated delivery time is provided on the product page. If the delivery time changes for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed on our website do not include shipping costs.

Our deliveries are handled by various parcel services. In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, deliveries generally take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Delivery times for other countries are longer.

Taxes and Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, taxes and import duties may apply, as determined by customs authorities. These costs are not included in the prices listed on our webshop. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. Please consult your local customs regulations for more information. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment methods, including options for paying after delivery or upon receipt of the product. In addition to prepayment options such as iDEAL and PayPal, we also provide payment methods such as AfterPay, invoice payment, or cash on delivery.
