Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without providing a reason, provided there are no signs of use. To avoid signs of use during fitting, place something underneath the purchased product. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will receive the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@jolineonline.nl. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition.
Acceptance of Returns/Complaints
We only accept returns/complaints in the following cases:
- Defective Products: If the products are received with a defect.
- Wrong Products Received: If you receive products different from what you ordered.
If the incorrect order is due to a mistake by the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong item), the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect order is due to an error by Joline (e.g., we send you something other than what you ordered), we will handle the return shipping and ensure you receive the correct product.
